System User Guide

Logging In

To access the RadioMax platform:

1. Navigate to the login page
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Click the "Sign In" button

If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link and follow the instructions to reset it.

Managing Your Profile

To update your profile information:

1. Click on your username in the top-right corner of the screen
2. Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu
3. Update your information as needed
4. Click "Save Changes" to apply your updates

Changing Your Password

For security reasons, we recommend changing your password regularly:

1. Click on your username in the top-right corner
2. Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu
3. Click the "Change Password" tab
4. Enter your current password and your new password twice
5. Click "Update Password" to save your changes

Station Dashboard

The dashboard provides an overview of your station's performance, including:

• Active games and contests
• Recent winners
• Revenue statistics
• Audience engagement metrics

Use the dashboard to quickly assess your station's performance and identify areas for improvement.

Creating and Managing Games

To create a new game or contest:

1. Click on "Games" in the main navigation
2. Select "Create New Game"
3. Fill in the required information, including:
   • Game name and description
   • Entry fee
   • Prize amount and type
   • Game duration
   • Winner selection criteria
4. Click "Create Game" to publish it

To manage existing games, go to "Games" > "Manage Games" and select the game you wish to edit or monitor.

Financial Reports

RadioMax provides detailed financial reporting for station managers:

1. Navigate to "Reports" > "Financial Reports"
2. Select the time period you want to analyze
3. View revenue, expenses, and profit metrics
4. Export reports in PDF or Excel format for further analysis

Host Dashboard

The host dashboard provides tools specific to running live shows:

• Active games that can be promoted during your show
• Real-time entry tracking
• Winner selection tools
• Performance statistics for your shows

Running Live Games

To run a game during your live show:

1. From your dashboard, select "Live Games"
2. Choose an active game from the list
3. Click "Start Game" to begin accepting entries
4. Monitor entries in real-time during your show
5. When ready to select a winner, click "Draw Winner"
6. Announce the winner on air and confirm the prize disbursement

User Management

As an administrator, you can manage all users in the system:

1. Navigate to "Administration" > "User Management"
2. View, create, edit, or deactivate user accounts
3. Assign roles and permissions to users
4. Reset passwords for users who are locked out

Station Management

To manage radio stations in the system:

1. Go to "Administration" > "Station Management"
2. Add new stations or edit existing ones
3. Configure payment settings for each station
4. Monitor station performance and compliance

System Settings

Administrators can configure various system-wide settings:

• Payment gateway configurations
• Fee structures and revenue sharing percentages
• SMS and notification templates
• System maintenance and backup settings
